Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Mit der Entwicklung des Areals an der der Luegislandstrasse in Gutenswil soll das Immobilienportfolio der ALSA PK um eine langfristige, zukunftsfähige und nachhaltige Anlage erweitert werden. Situation, Topographie und Grösse des Grundstücks verlangen äusserst kreative, starke Konzepte, «Erfindungen» für ein optimiertes Zusammenspiel von Gebäuden und Freiraum als Alternative zu den üblichen, mehrheitlich unbefriedigenden Dorferweiterungen.
