Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Die Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG plant einen Stützpunkt mit einer Garagierung für 24 Busse auf ihrem eigenen Grundstück in Rotkreuz. Die oberen Geschosse sollen neben Räume für das Personal für eine Drittnutzung mit Büros und Gewerbe genutzt werden können. In einem Planerwahlverfahren wird ein geeignetes Architekturbüro mit hoher architektonischer, technischer und organisatorischer Kompetenz zur kostenbewussten Planung und in Bietergemeinschaft mit einem Verkehrsingenieur gesucht.
