Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Gegenstand des Wettbewerbes ist die Erarbeitung einer bewertbaren Rohfassung des Rechtsplanes mit entsprechender Baumassenverteilung und gestalterischem Vorschlag samt den zugehörigen rechnerischen Angaben.

Das gesamte Areal der ehem. Enrico-Federico-Kaserne in Bruneck (mit einer Ausdehnung von ca. 22.000m²) befindet sich derzeit in Eigentum der Landes Südtirol und wird gem. Vertrag der Stadtgemeinde Bruneck übertragen. Die Stadtgemeinde Bruneck beabsichtigt, das Areal in eine Mischzone umzuwandeln. Um die beste Bebauung für diese Zone zu finden, wird gegenständlicher Planungswettbewerb ausgelobt.

Das Areal umfasst folgende Parzellen: BP 412, BP 493, BP 596, BP 597, BP 598, BP 599, BP 601, BP 602, BP 603 der KG Bruneck.
