Häuser des Jahres 2025 gesucht!
Zum 14. Mal lädt der Callwey Verlag zum renommierten Wettbewerb „Häuser des Jahres“ ein und sucht die 50 besten Einfamilienhäuser weltweit. Architektonische Spitzenleistungen stehen im Mittelpunkt, wobei das Gewinnerhaus durch außergewöhnliche Gestaltung, Materialwahl und harmonisches Zusammenspiel mit der Umgebung überzeugt. Teilnehmende Architekt:innen können ihre einzigartigen Projekte einreichen, die individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner:innen abgestimmt sind – egal ob im urbanen oder ländlichen Kontext.

Architects’ Choice 2025
Parallel werden auch Produktinnovationen im Bereich Einfamilienhaus ausgezeichnet. Hersteller können sich in verschiedenen Kategorien bewerben, wie Beleuchtung, Gebäudetechnik und Bodenbeläge.

Teilnahmebedingungen
Architekt:innen, die Neubau- oder Umbauprojekte im Bereich Einfamilienhäuser nach dem 1. Januar 2022 abgeschlossen haben, sind zur Teilnahme berechtigt. Die Projekte sollten bislang nicht in Buchform veröffentlicht worden sein. Gesucht werden Bauwerke aus Holz, Beton, Ziegel, energieeffiziente Lösungen, großzügige Villen, Low-Budget-Projekte, Sanierungen und Mehrgenerationenhäuser.

Preise & Auszeichnungen
1. Publikation: Die 50 besten Einreichungen werden im hochwertigen Buch „Häuser des Jahres 2025“ veröffentlicht.
2. Jury: Eine hochkarätige Jury aus Expert:innen wählt die Gewinnerprojekte aus.
3. Preisverleihung: Die besten Projekte werden beim Best of Architecture Summit am 30. Oktober 2025 prämiert.
4. Top 100 Ranking: Veröffentlichung im Ranking der Top 100 Architekt:innen.
