Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Die politische Gemeinde St. Moritz beabsichtigt eine Bebauung mit wirtschaftlich tragbaren Wohnungen für Einheimische und Zuziehende. Bereitgestellt werden soll Wohnraum für die Hauptzielgruppe von Einzelpersonen, kinderlosen Paare und Wohngemeinschaften aus einem eher jüngeren, sportaffinen Segment mit begrenztem Budget fürs Wohnen. Die Planung und Realisierung sollen in einem bezüglich Kosten- und Zeitaufwand effizienten Prozess erfolgen. So ist zwecks rascher Erstellung sowie aus Gründen der Kostengünstigkeit eine Element- oder Modulbauweise vorzusehen.
